Zepf Technologies UK has the distinct competitive advantage of being a single supplier for both the high quality mechanical guarding and the electrical installation work required to satisfy current legislation, such as Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER).

Our guarding is manufactured from high quality stainless steel material for the support frames and 6mm material for the vision panels. Where required the stainless steel frames are welded to ensure strength, stability and durability in operation. Guards can be either machine or floor mounted.

If an existing machine guard requires an upgrade a Zepf UK designer can visit the customer’s site to give advice and discuss specific details to enable a quotation to be prepared. Key measurements will then be taken at a time to suit the production schedule of the customer. Installation of the guard will generally be outside normal working hours. On completion, we can provide the customer with 'as built' drawings for both the mechanical and electrical parts of the contract.
